— a base fare plus a per-kilometre and per-minute rate — which usually works
out cheaper than a flat rate on short trips. Anything 40 km or more
uses the published flat rate below.

Hourly hire
A straight hourly rate with a minimum booking — three hours on most vehicles, four on the Maybach. Unlimited stops within the hire.
